Postage & Handling

All packages are sent though Australia Post. We cannot guarantee delivery turnaround time, but may be anywhere between 2-7 working days. We are not responsible for lost packages. Tracking not included on all products. Tracking numbers will be provided upon request by customer.

Please contact us regarding any information you have on postage. Postage Australia wide only.

Costs of Postage is not refundable. 

On the odd occasion postage can also be delayed due to unforeseen circumstances, in which case you will be notified via email. Some reasons can be: shipping company delays on orders & family circumstances.

All postage is sent out weekdays only.

If a purchase is made late Friday - this will be posted out on Monday.

When can I expect to receive my order?

Item will be shipped within 24-48 hours of order being placed (and of receiving cleared payment)

Can I change my order once it's paid for?

No. All orders placed are final once payment is received.

Refunds and Exchange Policy

Please choose carefully as we do not offer refunds or exchange for change of mind purchases.

All of our items are inspected thoroughly prior to leaving us however, on the rare occasion that you believe you have received a faulty item please contact me as soon as possible via email to discuss the matter. I may ask that you return the item to me for further inspection (at your own cost).

For this to occur we MUST receive your product/s back within 7 days of delivery. Shipping both ways must be paid by customer. Item MUST be in original condition.

Any item that is returned more than 7 days after delivery will not be eligible for a refund or exchange. We only refund in the instance of manufacturing faults of the product.

Please note that all sizes/designs quoted are approximate and may vary slightly as all goods are handmade.

Sale items (if applicable)

No sale items can be returned for an exchange or credit. Please select wisely.

When you purchase something from our store, as part of the buying and selling process, we collect the personal information you give us such as your name, address and email address.  I only use this information to identify your orders and to personalise your shopping experience.
